Our Photo Gallery - Tree Wassailing

Loxley Abbey villagers walked to the homestead down the road where we Wassailed a Pear Tree & then a Peach Tree. Dressed warmly, we sang, we grr-ed, we beat the tree branches & trunks, we make lots of loud noises then we offered cider soaked bread gifts  & lastly we toasted all the fruit trees. All wonderful tyme was had by all & we feel certain these trees will bear plenty of fruit in the coming year.
